1 General Refund Policy

Fast2Design offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on most hosting plans and services. Domain registrations are non-refundable once registered.

2 Eligible Services

• Shared Hosting Plans - 30 days
• VPS Hosting - 30 days
• Reseller Hosting - 30 days
• SSL Certificates - 30 days (if not issued)

3 Non-Refundable Services

• Domain Registrations & Renewals
• Domain Transfers
• Dedicated Servers
• Custom Development Services
• Software Licenses (once delivered)
• Add-on Services (backups, security, etc.)

4 Refund Process

To request a refund, submit a ticket through your client portal within the eligible period. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

5 Prorated Refunds

For cancellations after the money-back period, prorated refunds may be available for prepaid annual plans, minus any setup fees and discounts received.

6 Exceptions

Refunds may be denied for violations of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or if services were used for illegal activities.
